Hi, welcome! My name is Amy Daniel and I have been a Remedial and Sports Massage since 2003. In that time I have worked at many locations including Thredbo Ski Resort, The Four Seasons Resort at Whistler in Canada, Smart Treatments working with NRL teams and Blue Mountains Osteopathy.

I love trail running, yoga and for many years and outdoor adventures. I have found my passion with sports and remedial massage therapy and now offer a wide range of massage services to the Blue Mountains community.

At Mountains Treatments we are passionate about the environment, and we are an Eco-friendly business. We choose products that are high quality and sustainable but also leave minimal impact on the planet. We use we use Pure Nature Massage Oil which is an exclusive blend of healthy and edible plant oils, ECO Modern Essentials, bamboo eco towels and all of our cleaning is done with natural soaps, vinegar, laundry soda and essential oils.

I have a friendly and welcoming nature and am committed to supporting the client’s comfort and needs. I take the utmost care with each clients and work with the client’s desired outcome.

I am also a qualified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and I highly recommend yoga to increase flexibility, mobility, strength, prevent injury and to relax the mind and body. There will also be an online Yoga Studio coming soon.

At Mountains Treatments we provide treatments in a natural, relaxing, caring and professional environment. Our goal is to tailor the clients experience based on initial consultation, as well as feedback from clients to ensure comfort and overall wellbeing. Our aim is to offer massage that is effective and respectful of boundaries so the experience is beneficial but also relaxing. We use only quality natural oils and scents with appropriate soothing music or silence following clients guidance.

Massage for Groups - Retreats, Girls Weekends

Group bookings for girls weekends, retreats and camps are available on the weekends. Provider number is available for health insurance claims. $10 extra is charged per person for travel. Please message, call, book on facebook or messenger to book an appointment!

Health Fund Rebates for Massage

Private health fund rebates are available with accredited and registered therapist. You can claim your private health fund rebate for your massage treatment directly from your health insurance company with our receipt. We are covered by all major health funds in Australia.
